- You must be a Canadian resident
- You must have filed a tax return in the previous year
How do I apply?

What does CDCP cover?
As of Summer 2024, the plan covers standard dental treatments including:
- Preventative services (including exams, cleanings, x-rays, sealants, fluoride)
- Restorative services (including fillings, root canal treatments)
