When I moved in the neighborhood it seemed like a nice place to make an appointment. Turns out to be the best dentist clinic I have been in Ottawa. Dr. Iris is fabulous, as the rest of the team, and they also do a great job with kids (we had initially tried a pediatric dentist that turned out to be super expensive and who would over diagnose$$). They are professional and thorough, but if you want a quick cleaning, do not go there! They are serious about their work and will put the time. :-)

Highly recommend! Who might imagine that you could actually look forward to going to the dentist? I've had the pleasure of their support for my dental needs for some time now. The team is helpful and pleasant and Dr Julia E is quite amazing - does great work, is patient and a great listener, explains what's going on during the procedures....there are no surprises and there's no discomfort. Dr Iris is great as well. Looking forward to my next visit.

So before coming to this clinic i had seen 2 seperate dentists complaining about tooth pain/ache on my lower molars, they took xrays and couldn't find any decay worth filling or working on, they told me everything looked fine and that the cavity i had was too small to cause severe pain and it was probably just a gum infection in the area and i needed to be more diligent with my flossing in that specific pocket. At Riverview i communicated with Dr Iris which area was causing me discomfort and they went ahead and looked further into it and they ended filling that cavity, and the pain is finally gone! After years of discomfort i am actually pain free. Awesome service will definitely be coming back for all my dental needs and their hygienist are very friendly and top notch.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Charles E. and his assistant as well as Alicia, who cleaned my teeth. Dr. E explains things very well and was super gentle as he filled my cavities. Alicia was the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She showed me better ways to brush and floss and how to take better care of the teeth around my permanent retainer, and was very non-judgmental. They are all so friendly and professional. I’m so glad I found this practice.
